An easy dynamic stretch

Dynamic stretching is a great way to warm up before an activity. It is simple as all that it requires is a controlled movement throughout the range of motion of the joint. One of my favorite dynamic stretches, which can be done anywhere and anytime for all levels is arm circles. This is simple to do.

  1. Keep your arms straight down at your sides

  2. Ratio arms until they are shoulder, height, or parallel to the floor

  3. Begin making small circles with your arms, and gradually increasing or decreasing the distance of the circles

  4. You can increase or decrease the speed The circles.

The great thing about dynamic stretching is that studies show that it really has no negative effects.

Stay safe and remember always have fun when you exercise.
