Exercise and movement to optimize movement quality

Exercise is a fun and effective way to promote good health. A good exercise program will intergrate factors like neuromuscular, physiological, functional capacity and others to improve strength, endurance , resistance and prevent injury from muscle imbalance and improper form. It is a good idea to consult with a health care professional (medical doctor to clear for exercise for example) and a fitness professional.

Great ways of moving the body with flexibility, self assurance, determination for fifty and older. I know that as a fact. I sm am a teenager 73 years not old at all.
