Muscles move and stabilize
There are two systems in our body that allow us to maintain stabilization and distribute the proper amount of force to enable movement. These systems are the local muscular system which stabilizes, and the global muscular system responsible for movement. Local musculature system is made up of the muscles that connect directly to the spine and play an important role in lumble pelvic stabilization. Global muscular system is made up of muscles that are mainly responsible for movement, these muscles are more superficial and originate from the pelvis to the rib cage, the lower extremities are both.
