Service Description
Let Fysioplus Strength and Wellness help you achieve your individual fitness goals. Whether its Certified Applied Functional Science, FMT, FMS or SFMA movement screening , each program will be customized to your individual goals. Sessions will be provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also licensed as a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM.
As a certified FMT/FMS/SFMA Movement Specialist I will conduct a neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, balance and strength functional assessment. Performance enhancement and Corrective Exercises will be conducted during our sessions to help you reach your goals.
