Detailed Initial Evaluation with follow up treatment
Service Description
At Fysioplus the client will be provided with a complete evidence based clinical assessment that will allow you the most effective road to recovery and improved functional status. Certified to conduct specialized movement analysis: 1.Functional Movement Screening (FMS) 2.Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) 3. CES NASM Assessment Patients will receive individual sessions consisting of manual therapy, modalities and corrective exercises to improve current level of fitness , return to function and decrease risk of injury. At fysioplus each patient is provided with Home Exercise Programs with videos to demonstrate how to perform each exercise. The exercises are prescribed by a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist NASM CES.
