Exercise is fun and easy

As a physical therapist, I am an advocate for improved fitness and well being, I try to follow the guidelines of ecercise. According to https://health.gov adults should do at least 150 minutes of exercise moderate intensity with up to 300 minutes a week. If the exercise is vigorous 150 minutes are recommended . You can do more ... :).
