Have fun at home with squat lunge combination

No matter the level of fitness, the squat and lunge can be great combination for a workout. These two exercises can be combined and are great for core, hamstring, quad strengthening. You can use a chair for support if needed or advance level and use weights. Try combining these 2 exercises 30 seconds with a 10 second rest period for 3-5 minutes,
