Pull Ups , a good measure for muscular endurance

A good way to measure muscular endurance of your upper body is by performing pull-ups. When performing a pull-up grab the bar with your palms facing forward do not let the body swing as you're bringing the torso up towards the bar. You will perform the pull-ups until exhaustion and rest. After resting, more pull-ups can be performed.
